Roquebrune Cap Martin, also known by the diminutive of Roquebrune or RCM is one of the three border municipalities and bordering on Monaco. It is also close to the municipality of Menton. Roquebrune welcomes around 13,000 inhabitants, a good part of whom work in the Principality of Monaco due to its immediate proximity. The city consists of 5 districts which extend from the seaside to its famous and typical village on the heights. Roquebrune enjoys an exceptional seaside planted with Mediterranean species and dotted with luxury properties as well as superb beaches with turquoise water. The Monte Carlo Country Club and the Monte Carlo Beach Club are notably located in the town of Roquebrune. Roquebrune-Cap-Martin has all the amenities necessary for the installation of a family in the context of a main or secondary residence.

Roquebrune has a building stock of around 13,000 dwellings, 83% of which are apartments and 16% are houses. On Cap Martin there are luxury villas and luxury apartments with superb sea views. Its real estate market is active and of quality. The prices per square meter vary from around € 4,800 / m2 to sometimes more than € 15,000 / m2 with an average of € 5,400 / m2 for apartments and € 7,800 / m2 for houses but can easily exceed € 17,000 for houses better located.
